Lovely hotel, awful service. Took over an hour to check in. Then another family burst in on us in our room using their own key card. They’d been checked in too. Went to reception to complain, no apology. Reception staff argued amongst themselves regarding who was to blame. Then went back to our room and our key cards no longer worked. Went to use the pool but was told that it needed to be booked in advance and no more slots available - not mentioned at reception at all. Couldn’t fault the facilities but the experience was completely spoiled by the awful service.

The location ain’t smack dab in the middle of everything, but it doesn’t have to be in Andorra de villa. Everything is very close and walkable and this hotel is awesome.

Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location near the bus station. It was ideal for both arrival and departure and within easy walking distance of the old town. The spa with a small pool was also a nice feature. The room itself, while somewhat dated, was reasonably well maintained. That said, I did find a long strand of hair on the bidet upon check-in, which was not a great first impression. The bigger issue was the service. The evening receptionist who checked me in was pleasant and friendly, but seemed unable to answer even basic questions about the area. When I asked for a restaurant recommendation, she appeared unsure how to respond. After I selected a restaurant myself, she was unable to provide directions. She also could not tell me what type of cuisine the hotel restaurant served or whether it would be open for lunch the following day. The most disappointing interaction occurred on the morning of my departure. I asked whether a late checkout might be possible. This was a weekday in June, well outside the peak tourist season, and the hotel appeared far from full. Rather than checking availability or explaining the policy, the receptionist immediately refused with a stern expression. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest asset. The accommodations were acceptable, but the lack of local knowledge and the unhelpful attitude of some staff members detracted significantly from the experience.

We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing.
