Lovely hotel, very quiet, clean, beautiful rooftop pool, a little on the outside of 5th Avenue, but still close enough to walk everywhere if you want to. Would definitely stay again, front desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly, good place for families.

Room was clean, View from rooftop pool was amazing, safe location and also the parking was very safe since it was private and most of all, the receptionist ALEXANDER was very helpful and accommodating. Provided lots of Recommendations for places to visit, and cheap places to buy souvenirs. overall

The hotel looks exactly as pictured. The front desk staff were welcoming and made the check in/check out so easy. And the rooms were always meticulous after being cleaned.

The room got cleaned and replenished every single day by the housekeepers. Which was great and front desk staff were servicing and courteous. Also we were at 4th floor as requested and the view in the balcony was really nice and the views at the pool at the rooftop!!!
