There was trash all on the property. Walking up to my door was trash and food containers. I was here a whole week. O one ever came to change my bedding or to see if I needed any new bedding or fresh towels. I went to the office in two different occasions to see when someone would be coming to change my beddings. Of course both people said someone will be there the next day they never came. Crickets and nettle bugs in the room. Just overall a horrible experience. If your viewing the place online please listen and don’t go here if you have other options

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I will first start with the room.. The lock was broken, there were holes in the bedspread, the tv didn’t work at all, there was zero toilet paper, the fridge had huge nasty stains inside it.. so I tried to call down to the front desk.. and the phone didn’t work either. So I googled the phone number and called, nobody answered. We decided that there was no way we could stay so we went down and told them we were cancelling. They did not seem surprised in the least. They said expedia would have to contact them for a refund. We go to leave and there was someone on the corner selling drugs. Going forward Expedia was unable to reach them (shocker) so I was unable to be refunded for the room. It was the WORST experience that I have ever had with a hotel room. I hardly ever write complain reviews. But please learn from my mistakes and do not book at this hotel. Spend the money and book a chain hotel (hampton, hilton, holiday inn etc)

I reserved 2 beds no smoking. When I went up to room there was only one bed. After 30 minutes of back and forth trying to make my statement I got a smoking 2 bed room. Chairs falling apart not to mention the microwave looking scary. The tub was pretty bad and nats in room. Overall experience was bad location was bad, service was bad. I wouldn’t stay here nor any hotel around that area. It’s pretty shady…

FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited almost 40 minutes. The hotel was in bad shape, NONE of the outside doors worked, the room was not nice, and the beds were super uncomfortable. I was extremely displeased. The only reason we didn't move hotels was because of how busy we were that weekend, so the effort was not worth it. Will never stay here again.
