Lovely staff and great location but the hotel is very tired. Air con worked well but the room wasnt great and smelt musty. The staff were universally lovely and breakfast was good.

Enjoyed our stay but only some of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately ours wasn’t one of them so after a hot day, sleeping was difficult.

The breakfast and the spa are both positive points. However, the hotel rooms and function rooms are very dated. Most of the staff are lovely but 1 member of staff in the sports bar was particularly rude. Couldn’t get any tables in the restaurants in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
