Not well maintained rooms. The facilities though were really good and we travelled with small kids which they really enjoyed all the activities. The kids entertainment was really great.

Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return.

This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada.

Staff were very helpful nice hotel with many entertainment and things to do for family activities the only thing is to and from the beach is a hassle but no biggie food needs improvements overall perfect hotel

We had a very good experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the hotel had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
