Some aspects of the main corridors need a little attention Breakfast was not appealing at all Kept running out of everything and the three staff members were running around doing the best they could The quality of the food was overall good when you could get it We were told we didn’t need to book the restaurant and when we went for a table we were asked “have you booked “ we have no availability it’s busy

Great stay at St Mellion. Staff were friendly and helpful, spa was lovely and relaxing and not too busy. Great facilities, had a look in the gym but didn’t bring gym clothes unfortunately, as it looked really well equipped. We had dinner in the Brasserie, starters were not the best but main course was really good. Room was slightly dated but very well kept and bed super comfortable. We had a balcony looking onto the course which my partner appreciated. Stayed for our anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco and card in the room which was a really nice touch. Really good breakfast and easy checkout. Would stay again.

The breakfast was served on cold plates and the food itself tended to be cold. if you asked for a warm plate they would supply it but it tended to be just a microwave blast of the plate which cooled very quickly, the food remained cold. We tended sadly to avoid a hot breakfast.
