The sounds coming from the gym were horrible and the AC was leaking on the floor (carpet all wet) and the staff gave me some Towels to hep with it and said maintenance was gone and I needed to remind them when checking out. There was also a cash eye lash found on our bed after being gone all day. I don’t think anyone cleaned our room during the day so that was weird. Also, Guests around the room were extremely loud all night and it was not great. When checking out I was given north “I’m sorry, but how was your stay”. Didn’t seem to care much

I will definitely tell and notify anyone in any Dell Webb communities to not use your facility if they are going to be looking for lodging close to the Chandler Regional Medical Center. To get there and then find out there is a parking fee(no where is there any indication of more charges included in the stay in any of your ads) is kind of a bait and switch-my own opinion. The room was not clean, even after the housekeeping crew came through-I did leave a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Why would you put two adults, one at the age of 83, the other at the age of 85 in a room with a bathtub shower and a toilet with the height of the bathtub. Shame on your staff and the hotel chain if that is how they are run. I took pictures and will gladly show them to anyone who is interested in staying in your facility.

Surprise parking fees and overpriced snacks greeted us, lobby was clean, elevator worked, room had low ceilings and poor lighting, A/C blows nice and cold, bathroom was clean but bad lighting, shower has low pressure, bed was comfy on the firm side, tv swivel was ineffective, refrigerator was cold.

The rooms were small for a family of 4, and the staff only provided 2 towels, and gave us grief when we asked for more towels and sheets for the trundle bed. When they did bring extra towels, the employee left dirty footprints all over the bathroom floor.
