It is a super big resort that is a couple blocks long and if you do t understand their map they give you to find your room, you will be driving in circles forever and nobody is around to ask how to get to your room. Overall the stay was great!

My husband and I were a bit disappointed with this property. Upon arrival were were charged unexpected "fees" and $50 per day to park the car. The TV was not working properly and we experienced an ant invasion overnight. Really expensive for what we got. We would not stay here again.

Nice place but no water access and not worth the money. Rooms are very small and TV didn't work. Very little parking at the complex we stayed at.

I have been staying here for the last 3 years 2 to 3 times a year and this was the only bad experience that I have had. Check in was awful! I had to argue for the ocean view room that I booked and paid for ahead of time. Check in receptionist was rude and not helpful. She wanted to place me in a different room. Management finally complied after 30 minutes of arguing and was not happy to do so. Manager also wanted to place me in a different room which was not what I paid for. The beach smelled so bad due to seaweed and only partial beach was cleaned by resort. Could not use the pool close to the room and beach due to smell. No coffee service was open on resort in the morning and had to walk a block to Avalon house where the staff was rude there also. I do not think I will be staying there again.
