⭐️ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Stay I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple problems. 1. I specifically requested a non-elevator room, but I was given an elevator room anyway. This was completely unacceptable and made the stay very difficult for me. 2. The hot water was not hot enough. It was barely warm, which made showering uncomfortable. 3. I stayed for three days and specifically asked for my towels to be changed, but they were never changed. 4. My room was never cleaned during my entire three-day stay. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, and no basic room service. 5. There was no hairdryer in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect from a hotel. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. For the price, the lack of basic service and attention to guests is unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
