Unfortunately, we would never stay at this hotel again. The shower is disgusting. The floor of the shower is cracked with mold and a huge water stain with uneven flooring that should have been replaced years ago. The safe in the room did not work so the maintenance team had to come into the room twice to try to get it to close or open. The microwave is strange and has a locking feature, which is very weird and hazardous. The bed is pretty gross, the bedframe, creaks and squeaks if you touch it. The rooms have adjoining features so you can see the light from the people in the room next-door to you and hear entire conversations as well as children screaming. The curtains are broken and let the light in, and there’s no noise reduction as you can hear the freeway in the room, even with the air conditioner on. The air conditioner works well, but it turns on and off continuously throughout the evening. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there was cigarette smoke throughout the hallway and people were smoking on our floor. They charge $37 a night to park in their unsecured gateless parking lot with no security, even though online it was advertised for less. When we arrive to check in, we told them that the room was not cleaned, and there was hair in the bathroom sink and shower and on the floor. We had to clean it ourselves. Nobody offered us a refund for any of these ridiculous inconveniences. There are much better hotels in this area for the same price.

The hotel was great, but we were placed next to guests who had pets and it made our night not so great. But everything else was good.

Amazing hotel definitely worth the farther distance from DisneyLand as Uber/Lyft were always under $15
