Great resort. The beach area could be set up better for usage. The location is a little far from downtown and needs a taxi ride to get there. But the property and room was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic! Would stay here again for sure in a relaxing setting.

1. Wifi is no good, so slow and sudden dis-connected, need to improve 2. Services for the resturant in swimming need to improve 2.1 no french fries at 2pm, is not acceptable 2.2 ordering food cannot order at swimming pool area, only in the resturant nearby, make the customer inconvenience 3. Overall is good, will arrive again

This is a lovely resort with a fantastic pool with amazing views and four restaurants to choose from. All staff being so friendly and attentive. Stand outs for us were concierge, Snow and Det always looked after us at breakfast. All inclusive package was great value. We booked a room with a private pool entrance with was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, we managed to check in an hour early, the staff were polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast was quite good as well. On the downside, we had an issue at the hotel’s restaurant called “Kitchen.” We ordered a salad that came with only three prawn crackers while there were two of us dining, so it wasn’t enough. When we asked for just a couple more crackers—something that costs basically nothing—they refused and said it wasn’t allowed unless we placed another order for a salad. As my partner’s job is a food and beverage manager we know the cost is negligible, and expected more flexibility, especially from a five-star hotel. Later, they even offered to send the crackers up to our room, which didn’t make sense because we needed them with our meal at the time, not later. In summary, the hotel is nice and the staff are respectful. At breakfast the manager did apologize for the break down with communication.

Nice hotel right at the beach. Very calm and relaxing… food was ok and breakfast good. Choose this hotel because after long travelling its nice to be close from airport. Had an amazing hotstone leg massage.. strongly recommend!
