The hotel is great overall. Couple things that kind of kept jumping at me: 1. A need to better train the table cleaning staff dutring breakfast. They have a tendency to clean dishes (not the table) right in a front of people having breakfast instead of taking dirty dishes to the stations and do it there. 2. The materials used for walls is mostrly wooden venner taht is glossy. It's good and bad. Good for overall look of luxury, thowever it requires more cleaning maintenenace to keep it clean. An incident involving your staff member, Iris, in the lobby on 19 September 2026 at approximately 11:30 p.m. My girlfriend and I were stopped and asked for our room number, which we provided as Room 1821. As we proceeded to the elevator, Iris stopped us again and claimed that my girlfriend was not a registered guest. This was incorrect, as she was the person who completed the registration when we checked in. I asked him to verify this with the front desk before preventing us from going upstairs, but he insisted that we go to the front desk. Once our registration was confirmed, he did not properly apologise and simply said that it was his duty to check. I understand the importance of guest security, but the way this was handled was unnecessarily embarrassing and humiliating. I also did not see him questioning other guests in the same manner, which made us feel that we were being singled out. The following morning, a hotel manager called me to apologise and asked to meet me personally. I explained that I would be late, but there was no further contact or follow-up. I find both the incident and the lack of follow-up disappointing, particularly from an international five-star hotel. I would appreciate management looking into this matter seriously and providing a formal response.

Overall, we had an okay experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel upgraded two of our three rooms, which we appreciated. However, we were overcharged for an extra beer and had to request a refund. After several rounds of communication, the hotel asked us to email them the necessary information so they could process the refund. We have since provided the requested details and are currently waiting for the refund to be issued. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom setup. It was missing a bathroom door, resulting in very little privacy. My sister initially thought something was missing or malfunctioning and contacted the front desk for assistance. The staff responded promptly and came to the room, but their solution was to cover the opening with a piece of black plastic to provide privacy. While we appreciated their quick response, this was a very unusual situation and not what we would expect from a five-star hotel.

The room service staff had initiative to provide more bottles of water based on their observations. Shower head and rain shower water flow and pressure is very bad. But the bathtub and shower head at bathtub is well.
