AVOID-Wouldn’t recommend. The carpets needed replacing and didn’t meet door dividers, one bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, the other was filthy. Bed sheets were dirty/stained, carpets were dirty. Have contacted the hotel and had no response.

The hotel looks nice enough & staff seamed helpful enough upon check in. But that’s where it ends. As soon as I entered my room (19) there was a loud humming / rumbling noise. I soon noticed it was generating from the window area. The air conditioning unit / ventilation system for the kitchen was directly outside the window. I immediately went back to reception to ask to be moved. Even though I had checked in early & the car park was empty, I was advised that the hotel was full and if I wanted another room it would be at a different hotel! Great customer service!! I was then assured that the noise would stop at 9am.. I stressed the importance of this as I am a light sleeper and had a long drive in the morning. I was reassured it would stop at 9pm. I ate lunch at the hotel which was fine and returned to my room. The noise continued till 10pm not 9 as promised. Thinking that was the end of it I went to sleep, only for the air conditioning unit to fire up again just after 5am!! This must have slipped their mind. I complained again in the morning only for the manager to suggest if I stay again maybe ask for a different room! Outstanding customer service, no offer of any compensation or apology.

Wonderfully clean room which may have been recently refurbished with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Potentially going through a ful refurbished, dining area not as nice as the room and the staff.
