What a wonderful stay. The reception staff were absolutely lovely we even got a surprise upgrade. Rooms were beautiful as was the breakfast. Will definitely be back

Excellent hotel staff were all lovely and very friendly nothing was any trouble my husband is coleic and they went the extra mile in the resturant to get him anything he needed food amazing and girls a reception really lovely and friendly cant praise this hotel enough

They definitely need to add air conditioning to the hotel. The dining room seemed to be cooled, but only some of the guest rooms have air conditioning (and you have to know to ask for one of those rooms when booking). The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff in the dining room were very good. We ate dinner there several nights and the food was excellent. Be aware that there is no drop-off zone or staff to help you with luggage when you are arriving. My husband and I are in our 70's and it was very difficult to schlep our luggage up the hill to the hotel (in the rain) and then navigate stairs! I had been told that there would be staff to help us with the luggage, but when we checked-in, the receptionist said there wasn't anyone to help us. Also, for a deluxe room, not only was there no air conditioning, but our view was moldy rooftops of buildings next door! For $250, I expected more than we got!

Very good experience. Small hotel but very well presented with tasteful decor. Good views from superior bedroom. Lovely restaurant. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Our room was hot and stuff. No window to open or AC. The toilet had also not been cleaned and there was remnants of the previous guest.
