The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We stayed in the Main Building for two nights at the end of our long trip to Japan, mainly because of its convenient access to Narita Airport via the Narita Express. The hotel was reasonably priced, and the location was definitely a plus. However, the property is very outdated, the rooms are extremely small, and there is a noticeable musty smell, likely due to the age of the building. We chose this hotel for its affordability and convenience, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay before our flight, but don't expect too much beyond the convenient location.

Excellent 5 star hotel, located just across the street from Shinagawa train station. Several very nice restaurants on the property, including an outstanding breakfast buffet. Very easy access to the Shinkansen “bullet train”.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station and shopping. The 24 hour 7-Eleven was quite useful. There were lots of different shops located in the building. The rooms were a little bit tight for three people and luggage, though.

Everything was great. The staff is very honest. I left my money in the safe and they called me so I was able to get it before my cruise ship left. Perfect location next to the train station. The shops have everything you need.
