The hotel is in a great location, which was definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I felt that the hotel was quite expensive for what you get. The pool also closed relatively early, which was disappointing. Additionally, I could hear music throughout the night from my room, even though I was staying on around the 8th floor. Overall, while the location is excellent, I expected better cleanliness, value, and noise control for the price.

Rooms were nice and the waterslide and pool area was great but the hallways smelled like throw up.

It’s a large resort, with all the amenities you could ask for additionally it is perfectly located at the heart of Waikiki

Check in process takes forever. There was only 2 staffs at check in counter while hundreds of guests standing in line.
