the double room for 4 persons is very small, no place to put the laugage, to use the restroom of the lobby is very unconfortable to need to ask for a key. two employees from the lobby, treat me very bad as if I was a stanger, at deny me a restroom key.

Great location - near Central Park, Times Square, and some of the theatre district. For those places that weren't so close, there's a subway station right there on their corner and that'll get you most anywhere else you'd want to go. One negative comment, though, would be the cost of their food & beverages. A full breakfast will run you almost $50. Sure, you can pay for some of that with their resort fee, but it was you that already paid that fee, right? Two rather generic drinks in the bar and an appetizer in the bar were $70.

Good location, although "Times Square" is a bit optimistic. It is at 53rd street. It is a large hotel with a few subway lines stopping right at the hotel. There is a $40 per day destination fee. Wifi was not great for me. There is an odd, but efficient elevator system, select your room from a keypad and it tells you which car to take. Confusing the first time. All in all, everything I needed from the hotel. Would very likely stay there again.
