Convenient location and a nice hotel overall. Decor is a little dated and is showing a bit of wear and tear, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Poor room. Booked deluxe room which showed mountain & city view, got a 5th floor room positioned right in front of a 70s office block. View of an office worker sitting at his desk. Old fashioned yellow / brown wood cabinetry & cheap patterned curtains, accompanied by one odd looking brown chair by itself by window, instead of clean white curtains & neutral upholstery shown in what must be an AI generated image posted by the hotel, which appear to deliberately exclude the yellow wood cabinetry. Basic white bathroom is as basic as the photos look. On checking in the female staff member saw fit only to greet my husband, I actually made the comment to my husband as we approached the desk that I must be invisible. It was the first & only time we came across this in the 6 hotels we stayed at throughout Japan that we experienced this. Housekeeping was poor - dirty coffee cups were covered with coasters rather than cleaned. Hotel advertises a lovely looking pool & spa - which turned out to be a very old fashioned looking length pool (think old council gym pool if you are from the UK) and small round old style jacuzzi, complete with mother & bouncing baby, definitely not the hotel pool & spa we had expected of the Sheraton, certainly not what is advertised in the photos. On asking guest services for a change of room to one with a better view they would only offer us a twin for double the price of the deluxe king room we had paid for. Didn’t bother to follow up after check in feedbk

Everything was great. They really place emphasis on the smalldetails that makes your staying at the hotel even better. The view from the window was amazing.
