Beautiful hotel Heads up that (to the best of my knowledge) there’s no public transportation (including cabs) in Ballinasloe. The train station is not walking distance

Decent hotel if a bit dear for what it was. All in all fine for night or two but restaurant understaffed for both dinner and breakfast which lead to long waiting times was main let down

Nice Celtic tiger style spa hotel that is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately spoiled by noisemakers late at night, to be honest I’m not entirely sure if it was coming from the hotel or not. I found all the staff friendly and accommodating.

Persistent noise during the nights I stayed. I understand there was an event ongoing, but I was not warned of this, despite being placed on the first floor.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and cleaned each day. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The bar was modern and staff were pleasant, the food was excellent. We stayed in August and thought as the hotel was busy there would be some nightly entertainment but there wasn't. The pool and it's facilities I couldn't fault. We will definitely return.

When I checked in and upon entering the room it was clear the right accomodation was allocated for my family as we had booked a triple room and we were given a room with a double bed. I had bring all our luggage back down to be allocated another room on a different floor which was annoying. The following day after being out exploring we came back to our room not being serviced despite the note on the door requesting it to be done, no clean towels no beds made up, no bins emptied, no clean cups for tea.
