Fortunate to have been able to stay at Shawlee again. Again, didn’t disappoint. Welcoming, clean, tidy and secure. Looking forward to returning.

Main door was an issue and close to my room. Didn't like others waking me up with slamming the door. No breakfasts provided.

For the price I paid for 'room only' I expected a much larger room and bathroom. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming and the cleanliness was good. However, the door to the room and the door to the bathroom got stuck against the skirting board which made opening and closing the doors rather difficult. When this occurred it made a noise when it freed itself which was very inconvenient in the early hours.

Fantastic place sandy and Cathy go out of there way to make you feel welcome can’t praise them highly enough good location pub next door and various takeaways on the doorstep will definitely be back
