Staff were great, we arrived earlier then the check in time and was able to leave our bags with reception. when we returned later to check in they had already moved our bags to our room which was a lovely touch. all staff were incredibly helpful and really made the experience unforgettable. would stay again in a heartbeat. taxi ride to disney was less then 10 minuets and the hotel is only a 5 minuet walk from a massive shopping centre and train station. only thing to note is you do have to empty your own bins and take the bin bags to the bin area in the basement but that is minor and would happily do it again to stay here 10/10

As a local who lives a few blocks down the road, it’s always a pleasure to book all stays for my family & friends in this place. Close to the Disney parks, the shopping mall as well as the RER to go to Paris/the airports. Thanks for everything!

The room was okay, clean. Everything was alright if you only stay a few days to visit Disneyland.

Check in process was a nightmare. We had to call the emergency number because the self check-in machine wouldn’t give us our room information. We fortunately had a working phone but I just wonder the nightmare it would’ve been without one. The balcony was disgusting and had a bunch of garbage on it when we got there and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. No AC and we were given an empty water bottle. Staff walked in on me naked at 10:45am when check out is at 12:00pm and I had a do not disturb sign on the door. She didn’t even knock!
