Room was really good. Zero privacy on the balcony rooms tho. Breakfast was terrible and very limited. Ran out of fried eggs and beans. Bar staff very friendly and relaxing. The spa area was very dated made me feel like I was just in a cellar no atmosphere at all

Amazing room and comfy bed. All newly refurbished. Lovely swans made on the bed with the towels. Used the pool and assume that area hasn’t finished been done yet - steam room needs refurbishing but sauna and swim were great. Bar at the back on the waterfront really nice.

Hotel was lovely. In a good location for town, very clean. Staff were all incredibly helpful, checked me in an hour early. The bar was really nice, decent atmosphere good music. The restaurant is only used for breakfast but a great selection.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was super clean, spacious and had the perfect amount of space for us, with a really big TV which was a great bonus. The whole experience was lovely, from checking in and waiting in the Tavern while our room was getting ready, to checking out. We also really appreciated being able to leave our bags at reception after checking out while we went shopping, so we didn’t have to carry them around with us. The only thing I would suggest is having a mirror closer to the desk, especially for people staying for concerts or events who need somewhere to sit and get ready. Other than that, we couldn’t fault our stay! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the indoor swimming pool, but I’ll definitely be coming back again, so I can try it next time. We had a great experience overall and would happily stay here again!
