Room was traditional but clean and spacious. We had the attic room which only had a small high up window but was fine for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to store luggage securely to collect later. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Great location, 2 minutes from the Leaning Tower and restaurants. About 15-20 minute walk to the railway station.

The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. Very close to the Tower. However it is listed as having parking available which is not true. We parked at Tower parking in a closed garage...recommend.

It’s a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was a nice quiet area without a lot of tourists which I liked. The free breakfast did not have any vegan options which I wished they at least offered fresh fruit but they did allow me to keep my luggage there after checkout so I could wander & see the sights. The receptionist was very nice & accommodating & there was a cafe around the corner that offered oat milk. The hotel was very clean including the restrooms.
