Had an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful at times of needs. Great amenities. Pool was great as was the benefit of beach access. Great restaurants in the area as well.

Room was outdated needs new mattress and furniture!staff was friendly and attentive! Pool was overcrowded and prices for food and drinks are high and not that good ! Breakfast was expensive $90 Dollars for two ! For buffet!

The hotel has a great location, but it is starting to show signs of wear and could use some attention. Some of the maintenance and repair work appears to have been done with less-than-ideal workmanship, which takes away from the overall appearance and experience. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower also had a strong chemical smell and were not particularly pleasant to use. One additional note, and something I completely understand is beyond the hotel’s control, is the beach immediately behind the property. The very strong waves and significant amount of seaweed that accumulates on the beach make it mostly unusable during our stay. Again, I recognize that this is a natural condition and not something the hotel can prevent, but it is worth mentioning for guests who are specifically looking forward to enjoying the beach. Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several small improvements that could make this a superb experience, especially considering the nightly rates.
