Overall fine, simple, clean. A great spot to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and seemed pretty new/updated, but had some quirks, there were multiple light switches that didn’t work/didn’t do anything and the lamp and outlet above the bedside table didn’t work. Parking was easy, and they have an elevator to the second floor. Sound does carry, I could hear some thumps and footsteps but nothing horrible. The AC unit was louder than I'd like and smelled like cleaner had been sprayed into it. I’d stay again, easy to get to Universal Studios and a great budget-friendly but safe and clean option.

The room was nice, well maintained, and clean. The elevator was extremely slow, but it did work. The attendant who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a pool. Would stay here again.

We got to the hotel just before midnight & the parking gate was already closed which was to be expected. Not a big deal. Had to call the front office multiple times to speak with someone about opening it so we could check in. There was no street parking available or I would have done that instead. Once in the gate, the lot was full. The owner/staff graciously moved their vehicle & gave up their spot. Check-in was easy & made it to the room just fine. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The white sheets had stains on them & there were long hairs in the bed & shower which definitely weren't ours. Shower did not drain properly leaving us standing in a tub of water during our showers. I would have called the front desk to change rooms but we had an extremely early wake up time & unfortunately it being late & just being my young daughter & myself that really wasn't an option. Staff was friendly & helpful but I don't see myself returning.

I was really surprised. I usually have a good visit. I just had a hip replacement and the elevator was not working. I was assigned a room on the third floor. No way I was going to haul my luggage 3 flights of steps..i was assigned a smaller room and not given a refund. The shower controls were backwards so my friend took a cold shower. ..no one ever clarified about my refund despite saying they would check with the owner. I left early in the morning and could not get back in. My key did not work in the gates.
