I booked a one bedroom and upon check in, was told I had a studio. The picture of the unit had a bedroom. 😩 We were able to get an upgrade for an additional $20 per night, I also was charged an additional $450 for parking at $19 a night plus a cleaning fee. The first room we had on the 4th floor the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to move rooms after we got all moved in but ended up on the 8th floor in a nicer room. I didn’t get a receipt because we checked out before anyone was in the office. Their hours were 8:00-7:00 maybe. There was a creepy security guard as well. We tried to avoid him each time we went in and out. On the positive there was ample parking and elevators were quick. Beach access was right in front of property. The room was nicely decorated and had a well stocked kitchen.

Spacious and accommodating perfect for my large family ,the unit was decorated beautifully and included everything we needed for our stay and the gorgeous view from our balcony was the best view of the whole trip ,I could've stayed on that patio chair my whole time there

Very nice property. Staff was amazing. Plenty of parking & close proximity to restaurants. Food truck by pool with great selection. Shrimp fried rice was onolicious.

Our first room smelt bad, but was quickly changed by the front desk. The rooms and resort is starting to look tired and dated compared to most other hotels in the area. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the room was a great addition, and our second room was very clean. A great bar and some restaurants in walking distance and nice views around the room, pool is quite small but a good size if fairly quiet
