The manager Pablo and the whole staff were friendly, knowledgeable , helpful, and pleasant. They made each day welcoming and helped with navigating around town. I love the daily breakfast at EBar next door, everything was fresh and delicious . I definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.

I had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough! Kevin and Guido were incredible hosts they were so welcoming, personable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. They gave fantastic recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and local spots that really made my trip even more memorable. The location is perfect !! it’s very central and made it so easy to get around and explore everything the city has to offer. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. One of my favorite parts was learning about the history behind the building, which made the experience feel even more unique and special. Thank you again, Kevin and Guido, for your outstanding hospitality. You truly made me feel at home, and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate you won’t regret it!

Service in the restaurant has to be improved. Waitresses did not understand English and orders were not taken correctly or complete for that matter. If you want people to come back fix the staff issue. The food was good though.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, But Skip the Balcony Upgrade Rooms Ciencias was clean and conveniently located near the bus lines heading to both the city center and the beach. It is also within easy walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences, Turia Gardens, and the Museo Fallero. The front desk staff was superbly helpful and prompt to provide assistance or local advice. However, there were a few significant downsides. There was a distinct lack of closet space in our room; it definitely needs an armoire or some shelves rather than just an open rack. I was also disappointed to find that the WiFi was unsecure—with identity theft being such a widespread concern nowadays, secure internet should be standard. Additionally, the attached hotel restaurant, Elbar, was overpriced for both the breakfast buffet and coffee. Finally, I paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it was completely unusable because two massive air conditioning exhausts were located right there, constantly blowing out blasting hot air. It felt like a total waste of money.I would recommend this hotel for younger travelers who are living out of a single suitcase, but not for anyone traveling with heavy luggage or looking to get office work done.
