This hotel was perfect for access to the cruise port the next day. All staff were helpful and friendly, but one gal in particular deserves to be called out as she was exceptionally helpful in getting some smaller bills. She really went out of her way to do this for us. Sadly, I can't recall her name now, but she may remember me. Thanks, Hotel Bruno, for a fine stay.

The hotel Room Mate Bruno was just what we were looking for. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Holland America Cruise Terminal. The hotel is literally across the street from the terminal. There was food close by in the food hall. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay at Room Mate Bruno if we were back in Rotterdam again!

The hotel was a great location for getting to the cruise ship terminal and to the city centre The food and bar options close by were excellent The staff were extremely helpful and in particular Pedro who helped us with our bags all the way to the cruise terminal.

Great stay. Super convenient location. Right across from the cruise terminal, near a Metro Station, and just across the river from the waterbus to Kinderdijk.
