Holes in the walls (some poorly patched), insects in the room, horrible smell in the hallway (seeping into the room), missing electrical outlet cover (found in a drawer), missing smoke detector, burn holes in the blanket, outdoor security door duct-taped so it never locks - and that's just the basics. No gym, no laundry, no breakfast, no refunds - all of these exist, but they're broken and it sounds like they're no longer allowed to serve food, which makes sense with all the bugs. Creepy guy in the parking lot bothering my wife. The room door is very sharp and cut my daughter's foot - very surprising. Wardrobe hinges broken. Got the TV on but couldn't watch anything. The a/c works.

It took a receptionist an hour to get to the counter took check me in at midnight, had to wait on couch an hour exhausted, unacceptable.

The room i had smelled like someone had the room before and had 5 dogs and never took them outside, there was black mold on the walls as well as mold on the seam of inner and out parts of the bathtub. Inwent down to front desk to ask for cleaning supplies and some air freshener, he replied that he does not have access to that area, then I asked if he any other rooms available, he said he did not have any other rooms available. I had no choice but to stay. Woke in the morning to get ready for work to find my clothes smelled like dogs. And it was not due to my dog. Let me not leave out the $100 deposit when it should have only been $50 due to me paying with a credit card.

I reserved and had paid for a "King Suite" but when I arrived the room I was given did not have a king bed. The roomed smelled horrible and the there were two holes in the walls. The restaurant was closed and most, if not all, of the amenities (pool, fitness center, laundry room) were "under construction." The hallway carpets are quite dirty, and this hotel looks very different from the pictures on Hotels com. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk clerk refunded me my money as I refused to stay in a dirty, smelly room with two holes in the walls that was not the room I reserved.

Should’ve stop the hotel for having to be renovated still false advertisement no Breakfast ,no pool very sad for that. The stay was okay.
