With a fun, funky vibe and super helpful staff we loved our stay and even came back for a dinner. Great amenities, food and staff! Obviously well led/managed.

Great hotel with fun features. Lots of space to hang out. Spent the night near just before starting TMB. Right next to the bus stop too.

I had messaged the property on booking to ask if a room could be ready before the 3pm check-in time as I was unwell. On arrival after 2pm they had not got a single room for me. At 3pm lots of people flooded the desk and it was nearly 4pm before I got in the room. There has to be a better way and better service, especially given the very high prices they charge. It's the kind of thing that would put be off going to Chamonix again. Room was fine, aircon worked, bed was fine, central areas fine, just basic service and communication seems unable to cope with being busy - which they surely can anticipate at this time of year. Start cleaning earlier, check messages and reply, and have more check-in desks and staff available at 3pm if you just can't at all check anyone in ahead of that time. Won't stay again.
