This hotel was very clean and very convenient for transportation, the bus stop was walking distance just a few steps away so you could go to Penn Station NJ or NY straight from that bus stop. The bad side is that there was no microwave in the room or even coffee but they had a small convenient store on the first floor. We were out all day everyday so we didn't check or use the amenities. I will definitely come back

When I arrived in my room,I didn't have a microwave and I had to go downstairs to request one 3 times. While at my event ,I was told that my room was not paid for so I had to leave to prove that it was. When I check in, I was told that everything was paid for two days. I request to speak with a manager on Sunday but no one ever called me. I was promised free parking for my whole stay and I was charge for a day. Worst experience ever. The front desk staff were very rude.

Flight was cancelled at Newark and it was a last minute booking while our flight was rebooked until the next day. Conveniently located to the airport and subway in to NYC.
