It was a cute little hotel. I wish the gravy was warmer for breakfast but it was a great stay. Clean place, will come back!

The River Inn in Seaside Oregon is absolutely the best. So clean, wonderful staff, beautiful views, the breakfast is great.

The suite we stayed in was clean, comfortable, roomy, and modern. The kitchen was supplied with enough utensils to prepare a simple meal. Usually, I struggle sleeping in hotels because the beds are not very comfortable, but this one was great! The hotel is close enough to town to walk, but quiet and out of the noise.

We got the King Suite because we have three kids and a dog, It worked out perfect, everthing was so close, made vacation super easy. If I have to say somthing negative, then the parking was really tight, big truck and Expedition size suv will struggle with parking unless you get there early.

The staff was AWESOME and the amenities were great...mostly. The pool and hot tub area could use a facelift and they both seemed dirty with tons of chlorine foam in the hot tub, The rooms were great, beds super comfortable, and the mini fridge was the larger version with an actual freezer. However, the coffee maker didn't work and we could hear every car that drove by, so the insulation isn't fantastic although it was Wheels -n- Waves weekend, so there was an unusual amount of muscle cars driving through.
