We would stay here again and again if we could! My husband and I travelled with our 2 year old and we loved every minute of it. The staff was so patient and friendly with our daughter. They had kid-friendly activities that included letting the kids go up on stage to dance and a birthday party for the hotel mascot. Every day we came to our room and found a new animal made from towels, which my daughter loved. Thank you Carla for being amazing with our daughter! My husband and I enjoyed the other activities like the World Cup watch parties and the live mariachi. The food and drink options were good, the massage was great, and the location was perfect.

I had An Amazing solo trip. The staff were So welcoming and helpful. The amities and food were Amazing. When I walking into my suite, it smelt Sooooo Good! It was my 1st all inclusive and I will return. I can’t speak highly enough.

The room was cleaned but in one occasion we found that someone has eaten a snack in our balcony, there were crumbs and traces of fruit. In another occasion, after cleaning the room, they took our bed pillows, we had to request replacements three times; they brought different type of pillows after six hours. The pool areas are not properly maintained; during mid morning a person scrubbed the chairs in one of the pools using some chemicals. All the dirt just dripped in the water where people were swimming. A guy took some water samples from the kids pool for « analysis « came back after 20 minutes and dumped a bottle of bleach while kids were playing.

We are a family of 6 with kids ranging from 10-17. There is something for everyone at this resort! Plenty of activities and food options for everyone. It was also very safe and I felt comfortable letting my three older kids wander around the pool/beach area and do all the activities on their own or in pairs. The room staff did an amazing job cleaning and tidying our rooms daily. The pools were clean and the staff were very friendly and engaging. Heads up that the restaurants are mostly buffet style (which the kids especially enjoyed). There is a shopping area right across the street that has a lot of fun stuff and even a Starbucks if you want. Fifth avenue was a short drive and was fun on a Saturday night. Lots of sargassum right now, but the beach is wide enough that you can lounge without the smell. Highly recommend this resort. It was wonderful.
