Excellent location right beside the train station and one stop away (3 mins) to the Disneyland entrance. Short walk to the shopping centre. Unfortunately my daughter got an electric shock from the metal window-sill outside the room window. It was enough to knock her off her feet. Tested myself and got a nasty shock too. Reported to reception but they just said they were full and couldn’t do much. This happened on night 1 of a 3 night stay and there was no follow up at all.

Great location for Euro Disney, across from RER A station. Helpful front desk staff and friendly restaurant manager/hostess(?). Cleanliness of rooms can be improved.

Bad experience: on our last night by 11:15pm, while preparing our suitcase (opened on the floor) in the entrance (no space anywhere else) for an early morning check-out, we started hearing water drops, and found out that water was dripping from the ceiling. After informing the reception, 1 security person came about 20mn later to confirm the issue, before the front desk person came too shortly before midnight to check the issue. He kindly cleaned up as the entrance was quite wet. By 6am, part of the entrance ceiling had collapsed (as water probably kept leaking all night) on the entrance floor, and that issue was probably not just 1 night but had been lingering for sometime for such collapse to occur. Fortunately, our suitcase was out of the way...

Had a wonderful stay, we checked in early, we were able to leave bags while we went and did stuff, as room not ready, we didnt expect it to be we arrived at 9am, staff extremely helpful as always, the room was larger than expected and with a huge balcony also unexpected, had a great night's sleep, such a shame we were only staying 1 night. We will definitely return.

Emailed twice in advance requesting a room at the end of the corridor away from the elevator. Were given the room directly behind the elevator. Two sleepless nights before being moved.
