Beautiful lounge and hallways interior, comfortable beds, and clean sheets/floor. Stayed 1 night for work, and got a free upgrade to larger room which was great. Breakfast starts 7.30, but had to check out 6.30, so they provided some freshly baked croissants from the kitchen and receptionist made a lovely espresso, so i could still enjoy breakfast on the beautiful water-side terrace. Great service overal. Bath tub drain block was missing so i couldnt use the bath, only shower. There was some mold around the bath edges against the wall which didnt look pleasant. The hairdrying suddenly stopped working when I almost finished drying my hair, altough i did not report this so maybe i pressed wrong bottom. All said, i would definetly come back here during my next visit!

Great location if you want to arrive via water taxi. The breakfast bufette was very complete and had great service. View from the room was great!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. We took a private water taxi from the airport directly to the dock attached to the hotel. The room was great and the staff very friendly. One note… there is no elevator, so you will be climbing stairs… there are 3 floors and the stairs to the 3rd floor are rather steep. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. There are several restaurants within a short walk and the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.

We had a wonderful first experience staying in Venice! This boutique hotel has an excellent location right on the Grand Canal with its own private water taxi stop, making arrival and departure with luggage very convenient. We had just come from a Mediterranean cruise and were traveling with our two kids, so this was a huge plus. The hotel is full of Venetian charm. Our Super Quadruple Room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, almost like two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom, which worked perfectly for our family. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were generously sized. The front desk staff welcomed us with complimentary drinks during early check-in, helped carry our luggage upstairs, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine from our Expedia booking. Our only disappointment was that there is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up the stairs challenging. We also requested a room with a view while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately that request couldn't be accommodated. Overall, this boutique hotel offers an authentic Venetian experience, an excellent location, and spacious accommodations that made our first visit to Venice a memorable one.
