I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was a bit apprehensive because of other reviews, but it was lovely. The hotel and the room were super clean, the bed was soooo comfy, the shower was spacious and had good pressure. There was a safe in the room and cooking facilities. If you are a nature lover, the view is great. I saw an eagle, a heron, and lots of other birds flying above the jungle / mangrove in front of the hotel. I also saw a little tepezcuintle, which I thought it was a baby capybara but I was told by the locals that it is the cousin of a capybara. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that you only get a small bottle of water on arrival and if you want more you have to buy it. The have a small convenience store next to reception, and if you don’t want to pay those prices you can order from uber eats. The airport shuttle was a bonus and it worked great. Loved this place. Fully recommend for a quick stay.

Loved the place. Quiet for the most part within driving distance for many of the various sights travelers like to visit. Rooftop pool is great! Only negative was we had to move twice due to a plumbing issue. But other than that y enjoye rtht stay.

Very little information from staff on check in. There was 1 little bottle of water for 2 people in the room. We got in after dinner and ate in the hotel and I had the chicken tacos and they were terrible. My wife’s Club sandwich would have been the better choice by far. Nothing I would have expected to receive in Mexico, of all places. The 48 hour notice of your arrival to get the free shuttle service is ridiculous. First time in Cancun and not impressed.
