We stayed for a few nights and found the hotel to be basic but clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The cleaners came in the room each day to change the towels and make the beds. The reception staff were very helpful and let us check in earlier than we expected.

When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone.

It was smooth and easy checked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the breakfast needs to include more choices. Clients should have access to coffee and snacks throughout the day.

The hotel is run down, our balcony door did not shut so noise and wind coming through at night. Shower door did not shut so bathroom was flooded with every shower. Sink had a crack in it, mirror backing was faded, tables in restaurant all rocked. The hotel photos are very deceiving. The fridge was arms distance from the bed. The good points are that the hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful.
