Excellent location combined with aware at all time staff. Everything you need to visit this breathtaking city they have it: clean room, private bathroom (bring you shampoo), clean towels, Mini fridge, TV, WiFi, all you want to visit is at walking distance. Worth repeating the experience.

Breakfast is really good with lots of options. Front desk staff was super helpful with directions and transportation. Special thanks to Martina. Kitchen staff was very good at what they do. It's close to everything. In short, I would stay there again.

Room was very clean. Only reason I've dropped a star is because of the thin walls which I know they can't do anything about but it is a factor. First night I was there, there was a group of school students in the next room and I could hear everything. In fairness to the hotel they did offer to more me to another room the next day after I complained via hotel.com app. But the school had already checked out. Breakfast is basic but it's free so can't complain. Location is great, just off a tram line and right beside a popular lokal , Walk wise 15mins into area near the clock. Otherwise can easily grab the tram. No issues storing luggage if you arrivee early or leaving late in the day

The room was clean, everything functioned properly, and the staff was helpful. There is a wine bar connected to the lobby which is a great option. You are also down the street from a mall with all the items you may need from toiletries to outfits to electronics. It is also an active nightlife area with lots of great options for a variety of crowds. It’s about ten minutes walking to the main square, and the tram is a two minute walk away which allows you to access a lot of the city. Will absolutely stay again if I’m in Prague!
