This property was nice and the rooms were clean. Also great location with access to food and shopping. There is also quick access to the ferry. Special metion to Mary Dee. She brought all the energy and overall a nice person. She makes the best expresso martinis. Every property needs a Mary Dee because her customer service is top tier!!

I noticed a difference from the photos when I booked. The images showed a glass shower screen over the bathtub, but this room had a shower curtain instead. We were in 4 people and there were days that only 1 hand towel was provided for the entire party.

The Renaissance Resort is an excellent vacation location. The hotel staff, the wide selection of food available and the entire resort is an excellent location for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we have zero complaints. The resort was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. Their beach and infinity pool was exactly what we wanted and we enjoyed every second of it. We also loved that the shops were nearby.
