We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.

The knob to the shower was broken and it gave us a hard time to open it. And that there were some kids running outside our room and messed with our knob. Other than that we had a good time.

When we got there, we were given a room that was already taken. It was taken care of and we were upgraded to the Jacuzzi room, but we weren't able to use the whirlpool due to the drain stopper not working. We figured we let it be since we just wanted to spend our time together.

The Room had baby roaches and roaches and felt grimey in the room, i will never waste my money again. The wont reimbursement your money. I tried to give this app a chance, but i will stick with IHG for now

Had a leak in the room. Moved me to a new room and it had roaches. Had to talk to them to get a new room and was asked to pay more
