This hotel was fantastic! It was spotless, everything worked well, the outdoor space with fresh flowers was absolutely beautiful would definitely recommend.

The room was really outdated. The AC did not really work and the sound it made was horrible. The toliet was so low, like it was made for a child. I am only average height but it was very uncomfortable. I had a king size bed and the squish level was too much. The chairs were old. Also, the outdated cowboy theme was too much. The term cowboy is actually racist and to be surrounded by it was a bit much. I would not stay here again.

Had to listen to the TV while checking in as the desk clerk was tuned into politics (!) Ugh. Politics in the business place aside, the desk clerk stated that the lobby was open 24/7 but when I showed up at 530 am, the morning clerk made me leave, even when I explained that I was jusy needing better internet so I could get in a few hours of work before hitting the road. So much for a welcoming lobby! I had to move my vehicle to park near the lobby so I had good service and sit in my car until 6 am when he allowed me to come inside...to sit in a chair and work. So, 24 hour lobby? I guess it depends on who is at the front desk.

My experience as far as cleanliness and pleasant staff was excellent. However, I was very disappointed when I went to pay and they are now charging 4% if you use a credit card. I realize places are starting to charge this fee but I have never seen it at a hotel. Plus it was never mentioned on their website that they are charging this fee which seemed somewhat unfair especially when you are traveling. So just be ready to have cash or check (not sure if they take them) to avoid a credit card fee of 4%.
