The TV guide was at least five years out of date, featuring more defunct channels than current ones and omitting many popular Freeview options. The room had been semi-cleaned at best. The room was poorly soundproofed snd noisy from the busy road below. I am making all these comparisons to the likes of Travelodge and Premier Inn, so i don't believe that my expectations were too high. To cap it all, on the third night of my stay the 8th floor hallway (between the lifts and the security door) became badly soiled with what I thought was dog mess. It took them 12 hours to clean it up (between8pm and 8am on the Monday morning) and even then the attempt ti clean the area was half-hearted and inadequate. Worse yet, I was informed by the receptionist when I complained that dogs weren't allowed. As it was definitely excrement this made things even worse. I will certainly never stay at a Ramada again, and I will also not be using your service again unless I hear from you in response to this feedback. A depressing experience never to be repeated.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. TV was not a smart tv and there was quite a big stain on the carpet but overall a really nice stay.

Very convenient if you are driving, quite close to Glasgow and good value. Breakfast wasn't that great - had it the 1st morning but not the 2nd. Room was nice with nice views from the 9th floor. Shopping centre below is very convenient with numerous dining options.
