On arriving at radisson red the staff where very helpful and checkin was simple and straight forward.The room was perfect except for the lighting which was a bit dull. This how ever didnt bother us as we were on a lesure trip but might affect someone on business. All in a great stay breakfast was great and the food of a night .

Rooms very good, spacious and clean. Check in slow, check out even longer. Food service at bar poor. As we entered they showed us a table, and said somebody will come and take your order. After 15 minutes I went pick up the menus myself. another 15 minutes later we managed to order after asking again at the bar for service. food arrived one hour from when we sat at the table. My katsu curry chicken was cold and looked like it had ssat under the lamp for a long time. Senrt it back to kitche n , it came back 10 minutes later looking even worse and pakchoi fully wilted. 0 out of 5 for taste, looks and enjoyment. Staff absent and unengagent. Radisson (RED) should really do better, especially as it was not a busy night.

My room was 329, large and very clean, beds comfortable. I asked for a quiet room which mainly it was but the roadside end so a little noise. Very convenient location and helpful staff. I didn’t try the breakfast as ate out with my family who live nearby but it looked nice. Would recommend for a short stay.

This is an inexpensively priced airport hotel, which is why I booked it. Overall, the hotel was lovely. It was well-maintained in the common spaces, the staff was helpful and friendly, and my room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in my travels. However........... I do have some negative things to say about the stay. First, my shower wasn't set up correctly (may have been missing part of a door or curtain, hard to tell), and it absolutely FLOODED the floor. And I mean a good 1/2 in of water. As a solo female traveler abroad, there's no way I'm calling maintenance, so I did my best to mop it up myself with the 2 towels I had, and had to deal with a sopping-wet bathroom for my ENTIRE stay, as I showered as soon as I arrived at the hotel. Also, the room is painted black and insanely dark, even during the daytime with the lights on. It's depressing and feels as if one is in a dungeon. You also can't adjust the temperature in the room to your liking. Lastly the pool/gym. The gym area is so crowded that it's imppossible to get in to use the weights, so I skipped that entirely. Every time you go, it costs 5 pounds. I don't have a problem paying, but I like to go take a dip for 20m, then come back in a few hours. And they'll hit you with that 5 pounds every time. Also, you have to parade through the entire lobby, including the restaurant and bar, to get to the other side to get to the pool, which also was not fun. Amenities here D-
