Room was a excellent size. The tea and coffee facilities were good. The bathroom was fully stocked. Bed was comfortable. The only small complaint, the pillows could do with being replaced. We had a really lovely stay.

What a gem! We stayed here to attend an event at the OVO hydro. Perfect location and it really is just a 2-3 minute walk. From checking in with the attentive and helpful staff, to checking out our stay was just perfect. Our room was really big with a fantastic view of the River. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was big and overall the room was perfect. We had drinks and played pool in the bar area, and our breakfast was absolutely faultless. There was so much choice and catered for all. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you!

Happy with the room, great location, but customer care is very unprofessional. We were waken up just after 5am by a unusually loud noise coming from the adjacent room. Sounded like burst water pipe. It was impossible to sleep. It must have been a shower with bad water infrastructure. When I reported this to reception, they didn't apologise or asked for details- just took room number and said they will speak to maintenance. I also emailed the hotel directly afterwards, no reply to date. Very disappointing. However, a gold star goes to the waitress with long, dark hair in the restaurant. I think Catherine. She was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful, friendly and truly took care of us. Well done!

Overall it was a pleasant stay quite clean and very helpful staff the breakfast was also good with different varieties suitable to all.
