I was very disappointed by my experience with the spa receptionist. I approached her simply to ask what was included in the spa and how the facilities worked, as I wanted to understand everything before using them. Instead of explaining things to me, she became irritated and raised her voice at me. As a paying hotel guest who had upgraded my stay, I expected a much more normal customer service. I am also pregnant, so it was particularly important for me to ask questions and understand the facilities before using them. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, as guests should be treated with courtesy, especially when they are simply asking reasonable questions about the services they have paid for.

All ok in general, upgraded to a better room, quite good and spacious. Stayed two nights. Was surprised to realize the room was not cleaned after the first night. Not a big problem but at least some new towels and tuck up the bed, hey...! The rest ok, friendly staff, safe place. Upraded after my last visit some years ago. No other complaints, recommended as a good place to stay in Riga.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy, clean and nice - except for the temperature. The air con was not working, so it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. I got a fan from the staff, but not really helping… Luckily the nights were a bit colder so when opening a window could get few hours of sleep. Would not recommend during a heat wave! 😅

Awful experience. You have to ask for housekeeping! They didn't even bother the first day, the second they removed dirty towels and replaced with clean ones, that's it! I called reception and ask for them to come back and clean the room, the woman knocked on and asked if I want the bed linen changing... of course I bloody do! She then rinsed the cups out, I'm concerned they do this all the time and don't replace when a new person occupies the room. Awful hotel and awful service. The "air conditioning" was blowing out ambient air. Truly awful !
