We booked in here for one night because of our flight arriving relatively late. We were very impressed by the value for money. Being so near a dual carriageway it could have been noisy but earplugs solved that. The rom was huge with two double beds, a sofa and table plus two chairs and a table. All in all we were very impressed.

We stay at this hotel every year. It is close to Lisbon airport, so it works well for us. The staff is very polite, the rooms are comfortable and their restaurant is excellent.

This is a four-star hotel (€162 for a single) and I booked it for one night, arriving late on a hot night in early autumn. As I entered my room, I literally tripped over the edges of the vinyl floor tiles which had curled up--what a health hazard! The air conditioning was not working in my room so I had to call and wait for maintenance; whatever he did made little difference and although the room temperature was not uncomfortable it was above my usual sleep comfort zone. The next morning I had a meeting scheduled so I planned to use the iron cleverly installed in the room to spruce up my tightly packed clothes. The iron wasn't working so I had to call and wait for housekeeping to bring another. In the common areas the wallpaper is peeling and the carpets are worn. The breakfast looked really good--a vast array of items available. Overall I would not use this hotel in the future. I've had far better for far less and I feel I was paying for a brand that has not managed to keep up appearances.

The hotel had an impressive reception and first floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the third floor was disappointing due to a strong smell of smoke and worn hallways. Although the rooms were better, they still showed signs of age. Overall, the positive first impression was overshadowed by the conditions on the third floor. Feedback to the hotel could help improve these issues for future guests.
