I stayed at this property for three days; the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was very plentiful, offering a wide range of choices and alternatives. The room was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Overall a very good stay. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were all very helpful including a lady who provided me with coffee and pastries (for a charge) on the last day. I think her name was Kristina. On,y one small issue, the hotel reception ordered me an airport transfer at a cost quoted of €29 but I was charged €36 by the driver. Just for future reference

Location is a convenient and rooms themselves are descent. But… First room we were checked in there was someone living already. Luckily when we entered the room we saw the suitcase and left right away so there wouldn’t be any awkward situation. The front desk said it was a system glitch, but I don’t think we would’ve stayed there for more than one night because it’s definitely a security problem issue. We were staying in not for one night so all value items went to safe and the rest with us for the whole time. Then the night time came and the next door room hosted a drunken festival. At 12:30 I had to call the front desk to stop the nuisance. Instead, I received the call back in 15 min with suggestion to switch the rooms since people next door were “just talking “. Ridiculous. WHO would change the room at 1am??? 15 min later I heard the “just talking” crowd leaving the room with bottles clinging. Breakfast was ok, definitely not something to remember, but eatable. Out all of the hotels we stayed at during this trip this was the only one with issues and lowest scoring breakfast.

Nice hotel and a good room in a great neighborhood. But the cleaning during the weekend was a little bit sloppy and the bed was hard with worn out pillows, also missed a shoehorn in the room. I like that we had a water machine outside the room.
