The staff was very accommodating. They even took time out to take care of the cat on the property. Location was pretty good. About 3 min walk to the beach or you can catch the shuttle. The rooms were plenty of space. Great vibes.

Our first visit to this property. It met all of our expectations. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone speaks both Spanish and English, if not additional language the room was super spacious and comfortable.

Strange layout of the rooms. Amenities were very limited. Location was good. Would prefer to be directly on the beach, but room was more affordable than the Marriott. Staff was very good. Dondre and Piotr were excellent, went above and beyond, made us feel very welcome. Did not like pool bar....

A great stay. Nice staff and such a lovely gesture with a bottle of bubbles/prosecco in the fridge when I got there. I was also upgraded to a better room when checking in. Had a fantastic experience but would argue it would be worth spending a bit more for one of the resorts on the beach.

Beware the staff will offer an ocean view upgrade and then try and charge you for use of the extra room and say it was just the view that was upgraded. It’s illegal per the FTC called drip pricing. It’s basically a hidden fee. I will never go back to this hotel again. They don’t clean the rooms well either. A strong odor coming from the bathroom sink like it had sludge in the trap. It seems like an affordable place until they hit you with the hidden fee.
