RACV Cape Schanck Resort is an amazing place and very beautiful in every respect. My wife and I had saved money for this trip and were really looking forward to spending some quality time together at this beautiful resort. However, when we arrived, we were disappointed to find that our room was not located in the main RACV building, where we had expected to stay. Instead, we were allocated a room in a small unit a couple of minutes' drive away from the main building. For reception, the restaurant, breakfast and the swimming pool, we had to drive back to the main building each time. This was inconvenient and significantly affected our experience. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as much as we had hoped, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to others. When I raised my concerns with the reception staff, I was told that we should have read the small-print information explaining the room's location. I found this response quite disappointing and, in my view, unprofessional. Given the reputation of RACV Cape Schanck Resort, I believe this information should have been made much clearer at the time of booking.

We had a speedy check in were greeted with smiles. We cannot thank the staff enough for the guidance and recommendations on attractions/ were to have dinner. Our room was very clean and comfortable, having even changed sheets/ towels during our 2 day stay. The grounds are fantastic and the magnificent ocean view from our balcony. Thank you RACV for a great stay!

The room provided amazing ocean views facing the west for an amazing sunset. All the facilities and room were quiet clean and spacious. Breakfast was also amazing.
