Great location and very clean. Only complaint was I was quite cold. Wall heater was broken and only heating was a small panel heater which took hours to get the room warm. Hotel itself was warm by my room was not. There were no extra blankets or bedding. It would have been good to have an extra blanket for the bed.

Upon my stay at the petone Quest Hotel, I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and familiarity, making me feel as though I was right at home. The property itself is impeccably maintained and boasts a high level of cleanliness, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the abundance of space available, providing guests with ample room to relax and unwind. One of the standout features of this hotel is the option to prepare your own meals. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for the convenience of cooking your own meals, eliminating the need to dine out or rely on takeaway options. This added touch truly enhanced my experience and made me feel even more at home. I am eagerly anticipating my next trip to Wellington, as I am already planning on booking a stay at the petone Quest Hotel once again. I must extend my gratitude to the management of the hotel for maintaining such a high standard of quality and for creating an environment that truly feels like a home away from home. Additionally, I am grateful to the Expedia agent for providing me with an excellent deal on my stay. Overall, my experience at the petone Quest Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Wellington area.

We stayed on the first level the room was nice and spacey, clean, the kitchen had all its necessities, very handy having the washing machine and dryer and the Nespresso pod coffee was a nice surprise. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, I was disappointed with the outlook from Room 101, which was essentially a view of a wall. When booking a Superior Apartment, I had expected a more pleasant view. I have noticed that when booking through Expedia recently, I often seem to be allocated lower-floor rooms with little or no outlook. I arrived at approximately 1:00am and had been advised that the hotel was staffed 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I had to wait outside in the cold for someone to answer a phone and buzz me into the building. Once inside, I was required to use another phone to speak with a staff member, provide my credit card details, and then wait for a safe to be remotely opened so I could access my room key. The person assisting me over the phone was not particularly welcoming or friendly. Despite these issues, the hotel was exceptionally clean and in a very convenient location, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I would consider staying here again, but only if I could be assured of a room on a higher floor with a better outlook.
